CRRC Reveals Xiaomi Pengcheng EV Drive System Carries 'High-Speed Rail DNA', Focusing on Stability, Efficiency, and Durability

Recently, everyone has been talking about "Xiaomi Auto using CRRC's electric drive." Seeing this combination, many people's first reaction is to think of high-speed rail motors. Actually, to be precise, the two share the same technological origins, but they are not the exact same hardware.
The "power heart" of the Fuxing bullet train is a true capability honed through tens of millions of kilometers of harsh operating conditions — permanent magnet technology, converter control, thermal management, and high-reliability design.
CRRC has applied these hardcore experiential technologies and the accumulation of its engineering system to automobiles. Therefore, CRRC's automotive electric drive is inherently born with "high-speed rail DNA": stable, efficient, and durable.
On a side note, a piece of trivia: currently, CRRC's electric drive firmly ranks among the top three third-party electric drive suppliers in China, serving multiple mainstream automakers including FAW, Changan, BAIC, SAIC, and Xiaomi. Many popular cars running on the streets are actually equipped with a "high-speed rail heart.
According to IT Home, in July this year, Xiaomi founder, Chairman, and CEO Lei Jun released a brand-new platform architecture — the Xiaomi Kunlun technical architecture. This architecture serves as the technological foundation for Xiaomi Pengcheng's "intelligent variable large-space SUV," comprising three core technologies: the Xiaomi Kunlun platform, Xiaomi Kunlun Super Range Extender, and Xiaomi Kunlun All-Domain Safety.
It is worth mentioning that Xiaomi Pengcheng's official account also introduced the outstanding domestic and international suppliers for the Xiaomi Kunlun technical architecture, among which CRRC is responsible for providing the front electric drive assembly.
