Widespread Service Outages Reported on Traffic Management 12123 App

August 31, IT Home reported that today, a large number of users reported service exceptions with the Traffic Management 12123 App, receiving prompts such as 'service exception' or 'service busy' when logging in. The glitch manifests as a 'service exception' pop-up for most users during login, while some regions display 'service busy (C100003)' or 'network error.' Consequently, some users are unable to view their electronic driver's licenses, forcing them to carry physical copies.

Additionally, driving test candidates cannot check their Subject 3 scores or pay examination fees. Operations requiring online payment, such as driver's license renewal, also cannot be completed. As of press time, the outage remains unresolved, and officials have not yet responded.
